This consultation concerns the performance of services relating to the maintenance of curtains and fire doors, smoke extraction equipment, closing systems and lifting equipment on all four (4) sites of the Opéra national de Paris. The maintenance services are carried out at the four sites of the Opéra national de Paris, namely: Site 1 - Opera Bastille: establishment open to the public of type L 1st category and classified installation subject to authorisation, 120 rue de Lyon 75012 Paris; Site 2 – Palais Garnier: establishment open to the public of type L 1st category, 8 rue scribe 75009 Paris; Site 3 - Berthier workshops, located at 32 boulevard Berthier 75017 Paris; Site 4: the School of Dance: establishment open to the public of type R, 20 allée de la danse 92000 Nanterre The contractor undertakes to ensure: - The proper functioning and maintenance of the equipment for which it is responsible; - Troubleshooting, standby and standby services to ensure responsiveness in the event of breakdowns; - Maintaining regulatory compliance, including: carrying out tests, managing roadworthiness tests and advising on regulatory developments; - Advice to the OnP for the development of major maintenance programs, the constitution of stocks of emergency parts intended to ensure the durability and availability of equipment.
