Description

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction and installation works for the purpose of ongoing repair in the Kazanlak Territorial Complex under Project BG16FFPR003-2.006-0060-CO1 Beneficiary Technical College of Sofia at the Technical University of Sofia, financed under grant procedure BG16FFPR003-2.002 ‘Support for integrated urban development in 40 urban municipalities. With this public procurement, a renovation will be carried out to improve the conditions of the learning environment, the subject of the renovation will be only the floor at an elevation of ±0.00 m, without the basement part, which is approximately half of the built-up area of the building. Procedures will be carried out which include dismantling and construction work, such as the replacement of window frames, double and single interior doors, granite and laminate flooring, putty and latex painting of walls and ceilings, as well as roof repairs. The object of this contract falls into the fifth category within the meaning of Ordinance №1 on the nomenclature for types of constructions and SDA.
