Description

Le Mans Métropole is redesignating two town entrances to the municipality of La Milesse located on the structuring axis of RD 304: the rue du Mans and the rue de Sillé (also including the redevelopment of the surroundings of the islet of J.P Mantey). The redevelopment of these two town entrances contributes to the operational implementation of the guide plan drawn up in 2022-2023. The cost of the works is estimated at EUR 2 777 250 excluding VAT, as detailed below: - Sector A (Entry South of Bourg): EUR 1 890 000 excluding tax – Sector B (North entrance to Le Bourg): The details of the tasks entrusted to the contractor are set out in the tender specifications (EP, AVP, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR, OPC and ACI).
