les travaux faisant l'objet du présent marché concernent la construction de trois écrans anti-bruits. Les écrans sont destinés à traiter des points noirs de bruit générés par le réseau routier national Rn88 dans sa traversée de l'agglomération stéphanoise. Les écrans 1 et 2 sont situés à Saint-Etienne dans le quartier de La Rivière.L'Écran 3 est situé au Chambon Feugerolles à proximité du parc Jean-Jacques Rousseau.Cette consultation est lancée par un groupement d'acheteurs constitué sous la forme suivante : Convention de financement de délégation de Maîtrise d'ouvrage.
