Description

The contracting authority seeks wide access to the market and a system in which the client has a significant influence on the assessment of the quality of the WMO tools and the provision of services. It concerns the supply of Wmo equipment in the form of hire or purchase. More specifically, it concerns the rental, adaptation, servicing and maintenance of (electric) wheelchairs, scooters, triwheel/bicycles, lifting lifts and sanitary facilities. The award is made after mini-petitions per individual device using an electronic auction system (bulletter). The contracting authority acts as a central purchasing body. Other municipalities may join the access agreement (at a later stage).
