The subject of the contract is the service of designing, comprehensive construction and equipment of an exhibition stand with an area of 24 sq. m for the international World Hydrogen Summit 2025, which will take place in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, from 20 to 22 May 2025. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the ROP (Annex 1 to the RVU) and in the model contract (Annex 2 to the RVU). 3. The Contracting Authority requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract, within the meaning of Art. 1 of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974 of persons performing the following activities in the performance of the contract: 1) preparation of the stand construction design with visualization and executive description, 2) execution of the stand construction; 3) transport of all elements of the ordered stand with its equipment for the event; 4) installation of the stand and its elements at the event, including: • electrical and lighting installation at the stand (contacts, switches, multimedia connection); • cleaning the stand before commissioning and maintaining its cleanliness during the event; • technical support of the stand and multimedia during the event; 5) disassembly and removal of the stand. The Ordering Party shall be entitled to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements regarding the employment of persons by: 1) request that the contractor or subcontractor submit: a) statements of the contractor or subcontractor on employment under the employment contract of persons performing the activities indicated in sec. 3 with the content indicated in paragraph. 4, b) the employee's statement, c) a certified copy of the employee's employment contract, within 7 days of receiving the request, under pain of payment of a contractual penalty in the amount of PLN 500 for each day of delay in submitting the statement or documents, 2) requesting an inspection by the National Labour Inspectorate. 1.
