1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the repair of a four-line set of steering wheels ø 5000 GWS shaft 1.3. 2. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Part III of the SWZ Description of the subject-matter of the contract. 3. In addition, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility (in order to specify the description of the subject of the contract) to consult the documents covered by the ‘CONFIDENTIAL’ clause, i.e. the documentation of the mining shaft extractor 1.3. The consultation of the above documentation will take place in accordance with the procedure described below in points 8 to 13 of this Chapter. The above possibility to consult the documents is optional, depending on the contractor's assessment after reading the procurement documents. The documentation referred to above will be made available at the Employer's headquarters. 4.
