The transformers referred to in this document concerns three-phase 20.5 kV/0.41 kV distribution transformers from 30 to 1 000 kVA and combined distribution transformers with neutral fault current compensation by built-in Petersén coil. Also, distribution shunt reactors for reactive power compensation might be included in the Frame agreement later on. Transformers shall be suitable for continuous indoor or outdoor service in 50 Hz grid, hermetically sealed, immersed in mineral oil with ONAN cooling. Transformers will be mainly installed inside prefabricated secondary substations. Besides transformers, also logistics to the warehouse (Helsinki or Tampere +70 km, minimum requirement) or to the project sites in Finland, is included in the procurement. The total estimated value of the framework agreement is approx. EUR 45 million (€45 000 000). During the first supply period the total net sales of these products and services is annually approx.
