The subject of the order are the supply of implants, tools and accessories for osteosynthesis treatments. The customer divides the order into parts, which he calls packages. Package No. 1 – Blocked plates Package No. 2 – Intramedullary nails Package No. 3 – Fine bone osteosynthesis Package No. 4 – Dedicated plate osteosynthesis Package No. 5 – Osteosynthesis- end closer to the femur and pelvis Package No. 6 – Dedicated plate osteosynthesis- lower limb Package No. 7 – Dedicated implants in pelvic surgery Package No. 8 – Flexible intramedullary nails Package No. 9 – Bone substitute Package No. 10 – Dedicated tools for removing damaged metallic connectors Package No. 11 – Implants for reconstruction of damaged ligaments and tendons For Package No. 1-8, instrumentation is required. The instrumentarium should be in containers for sterilization in a maintenance-free open system. The instrumentarium should be located on the premises of the Hospital throughout the period of use of the provided implants. The Contractor will create a deposit warehouse free of charge in the Operational Block with the possibility of replenishment of used implants. For package no. 1 item 3-7, package no. 2 item 49, package no. 6 item. 18-23, package no. 7 item. 1-3 instruments together with implants should be delivered to the Operating Block in a ‘volatile’ system for the duration of the surgery.
