Description

Under this contract, the contracting authority entrusts to the contractor, as part of a step-by-step assignment in accordance with Section 3.2 of the contract, the engineering services of technical planning included in Section 3, in Annex 1.1 and otherwise in this contract, for technical equipment for plant group 4 (high-voltage installations), plant group 5 (television or information technology installations), plant group 6 (promotion installations) and plant group 8 (building automation) pursuant to Section 53(2) of the HOAI for the project.
The subject of the contract is the replacement of an office and administrative building, staff accommodation and an underground car park.
This contract does not cover planning services for the clearance of the site, in particular as regards the demolition of the building stock, the construction of the excavation site and the disposal of the resulting extractive waste.
