Description

- Purpose (Cf. article 2-1 of the consultation rules) This consultation is being organized with a view to awarding works contracts for the development of the new Raymond Queneau library in the Mont-Gaillard district, within commercial cells of the Grand Cap shopping gallery. The project provides for the development of a library within vacant commercial cells united to offer a floor area of about 675 m2 including 75 m2 in mezzanine. The public reception areas are organized on the ground floor and are accessible on one level from the central circulation area of the Grand Cap shopping arcade. The new library, to integrate into the shopping arcade, is designed to ensure its visibility and attractiveness thanks to its large windows and interior layout. As an indication, the furniture and signage components will be the subject of a subsequent consultation.
