Description

FOOD 8 lots , CONFORMITY TO THE CAIET OF TASKS The contracting authority shall reply to requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders Number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders : 18 days The contract will be valid until 31.12.2025, with the possibility of extension by addendum, up to the maximum level provided in the necessary, until 30.04.2026, according to the provisions of art. 165 of GD395/2016. For lots 2, 3 the validity will be until 31.12.2025. Lot 4 will be valid from 01.06 to 31.08.2025. The minimum value provided is the estimated value of this procedure, depending on which tenders will be drawn up and evaluated, and the maximum value provided is the value of possible top-ups up to the maximum level and for which additional acts may be concluded, depending on the needs and available funds, by 30 April 2025, in accordance with Article 165 of Government Decision No 395/2016.
