Description

This contract includes the tasks of the approved body office and the technical inspection office for the project for the new site of the Hygiene Service and the Resource Centre in Luxembourg Merl. Checks and measures falling within the remit of the ITM, AEV, SNSFP and CGDIS inspection are an integral part of the framework of this contract. This project provides for the consolidation of the activities and infrastructures of the Luxembourg City Health Service, which are currently dispersed in various locations around the City of Luxembourg. The project consists of the construction of a gross surface area of approximately 41.000 m² (net area approximately 39.000 m²) and a gross volume of approximately 260.000 m³ on the entire site with a total surface area of approximately 56.000 m².
