Die Stadt Köln (im Folgenden: Auftraggeber) beabsichtigt die Anmietung Neuanmietung eines Gymnasiums inkl. Außenanlagen und Sporthalle im Stadtbezirk Köln-Nippes. Zu diesem Zweck sollen Flächen von einem Investor nach Vorgaben und Anforderungen des Auftraggebers geplant und errichtet und auf Grundlage eines langfristigen Mietvertrages dem Auftraggeber spätestens zum 02.05.2031 zur Nutzung überlassen werden.
