Description

The justification for the contract is due to the need for the municipality to manage the service for the promotion of tourism activity, as well as kiosks and markets, in accordance with the provisions of Article 25.2 (h) and (i) of Law 7/1985, of 2 April, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, since the aforementioned services are constituted as essential that the municipality must guarantee and provide in order to meet the needs and aspirations of the neighborhood community.
