Warranty period: the period during which the Contractor is engaged in the performance of warranty obligations for rectification of identified defects, complete replacement of defective parts/assembly, as well as warranty service. The duration of this period shall be at the proposal of the participant. Participants should make a proposal for the size of the warranty period (warranty maintenance) for the delivered equipment, with the contracting authority introducing the following time range in which participants can make proposals: - minimum 12 (twelve) months – maximum 36 (thirty-six) months. 3.
