Documents that are not in Bulgarian should be submitted in translation. Delivery time: the duration of the period is on the proposal of the participant, which should not be longer than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Assigning Letter sent by the Assignor to the Contractor for the delivery, until the signing by the Assignor of the relevant acceptance/confirmation protocols for the acceptance of the equipment, in accordance with all the requirements of the Assignor and certifying the correct implementation by the Contractor. 2. Warranty period: the period during which the Contractor is engaged in the performance of warranty obligations for rectification of identified defects, complete replacement of defective parts/assembly, as well as warranty service. The duration of this period shall be at the proposal of the participant. Participants should make a proposal for the size of the warranty period (warranty maintenance) for the delivered equipment, with the contracting authority introducing the following time range in which participants can make proposals: - minimum 12 (twelve) months – maximum 36 (thirty-six) months. 3.
