Description

Refurbishment of building 19 on the Agrocampus de Rennes site: rehabilitation of office buildings, storage, simple technical rooms. Creation of a link with the adjacent building. The work, built in the first half of the 20th century, is made up of shale stone facades and a wooden facade with fired earth bricks, a wooden frame and a natural slate roof. Of outstanding architecture, the work falls within the perimeter of a building classified as historic monuments. An internal connection must be created with an adjacent building. Building of 852 m² SHON in R + 1. The rehabilitated work will be an ERT. It will be made accessible to persons with reduced mobility. In addition to the redistribution of the premises, the significant work to be planned concerns the bringing of natural light into the future premises, the quality of acoustic comfort, the thermal insulation of the building and the total overhaul of its heating system.
