Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa średniego samochodu ratowniczo - gaśniczego dla KP PSP w Makowie Mazowieckim 1. Zamówienie gwarantowane obejmuje zakup 1 szt. średniego samochodu ratowniczo – gaśniczego do dnia 18.11.2025 r., zamówienie opcjonalne obejmuje zakup 1 szt. średniego samochodu ratowniczo – gaśniczego do dnia 18.11.2025 r. Prawo opcji oznacza, iż Zamawiający na pewno zakupi ilość gwarantowaną, natomiast Zamawiający przedstawi ilość z której skorzysta w ramach prawa opcji najpóźniej do dnia 30.09.2025 r. 2.Skorzystanie z prawa opcji uzależnione jest od wystąpienia następujących zdarzeń: a) uzyskania oszczędności w postępowaniu przetargowym, b) pozyskania dodatkowych środków finansowych. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia winien spełniać następujące wymagania: a) odpowiadać wszystkim cechom określonym w specyfikacji warunków zamówienia. b) być nowy i zgodny z obowiązującymi normami. c) posiadać komplet dokumentacji techniczno-eksploatacyjnej.
