7 people will be trained (training would be financed by the Labour Fund).
1. Period training followed
The training should start in November 2011.
2. Place of training
Courses must take place in Częstochowa. This is due to the fact that unemployed people living outside the city are best placed to go to Częstochowa for training.
The Contractor must indicate the exact address of the place where the theoretical and practical activities are to be carried out.
Teaching rooms must have access to changing rooms (switch rooms) and washrooms equipped with running water (heat and cold).
It is required that the area of the classrooms, the number of posts and the provision of equipment and teaching aids are adapted to the scope of the training and the number of participants in the training, in accordance with the rules on health and safety at work.
3. Number of hours of training
A detailed programme of all classes covering a minimum of 30 teaching hours (training time = lesson time = 45 minutes) should be provided for one trainee. Theoretical and practical classes must take place on working days from Monday to Friday. The training must follow a curriculum of not less than 25 clock hours per week on average (in case the training starts on a different day of the week than Monday and/or ends on a day other than Friday, the number of clock hours of training may be proportionally less than the average number of clock hours per week).
4. Minimum scope of training
The purpose of the training is to prepare participants theoretically and in practice for their tasks as a cashier-seller and to familiarise the participants with the sanitary rules and basic hygiene issues in the marketing and production of food products.
A course programme must be provided, which must include a minimum of the following subject areas:
Construction of cash registers,
2. rules for the operation of different types of cash registers,
3. Functions of the cashier,
4. Programming of the fiscal fund,
5. Start of work on a fiscal fund,
6. sale of goods on a fiscal counter,
7. Operation of a tax office with other devices, computers, bar code readers, electronic weighing, barcode printer,
8. printing the reports on the tax office,
Issue of invoices and bills,
10. hops and p.p. for the operation of the tax office,
11. Sanitary minimum training.
Every person must have one fiscal fund at the disposal of each person during the classes.
The course programme must include in particular:
The name and scope of the training,
Duration and organisation of the training,
Pre-requirements for trainees,
4. training objectives,
5. a curriculum setting out the subjects of the educational activities and their dimension, including, where appropriate, the theoretical part and the practical part,
6. a description of the content of the training in the various educational activities,
7. List of literature and necessary teaching resources and materials
(specifying the means which each trainee will be entitled to own),
8. prescribed checks and examinations,
9. information on the location of practical and theoretical activities (address), detailing information on the accommodation conditions, i.e.
— the availability of teaching rooms, changing rooms (storage rooms), for washrooms equipped with running water (heat and cold),
— space for teaching rooms equipped with teaching equipment and aids adapted to the scope of the training and the number of trainees, in accordance with the rules on health and safety at work.
10. Information on the ingredients of the refreshment that each participant will receive during the training, specifying the place of consumption, and whether there is an additional table, kettle (thermis) in the room or in close proximity to it, and a place providing food products and non-reusable vessels for participants without access to third parties.
5. Training materials for participants, refreshments
Each participant in the course must be given ownership of the following newly purchased training materials: minimum one handbook and other permanently stacked information material related to the subject of the course followed and the A4 booklet in a hard frame, pen, pencil, scanner.
The above training material must be provided to each participant in a cardboard with handle.
In addition, each course participant is required to receive all the materials and presentations used for the training, recorded electronically per pendrive with a minimum capacity of 2 GB.
All participants must receive daily refresher training in the form of sandwich and sweet breadcrumbs.
During breaks, it is mandatory to: coffee, tea, cold drinks.
The contractor must provide the participants in the hygienic course with a place for refreshment. There must be an additional table, a kettle (thermos) and a place to store food products and disposable vessels for participants without access to third parties in the room or in close proximity to them.
6. Accident insurance
The Contractor undertakes to insure against the accident of trainees who are not entitled to a scholarship for the training period and who are entitled to a scholarship for the duration of the training during which they took up employment, other gainful employment or economic activity in accordance with Article 41. 3b and 41(b) 7 Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions (codification: OJ Of Laws 2008, No 69, item 415 as amended).
The contracting authority will always indicate to the contractor the names of the persons entitled to accident insurance.
The contracting authority will reimburse the costs incurred for the insurance of persons trained on the basis of a photocopy of the insurance policy and a separate invoice issued by the Contractor. The cost of accident insurance for trainees is not part of the price of bids to be submitted in the procedure.
7. Timetable, cost estimates, surveys, certificates
A schedule proposing training dates must be submitted to the offer (annex). In the event of submission of a schedule containing a break in the course, e.g. a full week, the Contracting Authority shall not disqualify such an offer, provided that the training is started and completed within the required time limit. However, in view of the need to calculate unemployment benefits in a timely manner, the amount of which depends on the number of clock hours of training per month and the training provided in such a way as to ensure the best possible acquisition of material by the participants, the Contracting Authority recommends that such breaks occur occasionally, in exceptional circumstances.
Cost estimates must be provided (Annex). The estimate must include all the print items: cost of training materials, coffee service costs, etc.
At the end of the training, the questionnaires completed by the participants must be submitted (Annex).
Upon completion of the training, the Contractor will issue a certificate of completion to the course participants.
