1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonywanie napraw i usuwanie awarii w ramach świadczenia usług konserwacji instalacji oraz urządzeń elektrycznych, oświetleniowych i sanitarnych
w budynkach, które wchodzą w skład kompleksu Szpitala Klinicznego Dzieciątka Jezus przy ul. Lindleya 4 w Warszawie oraz Zespołu Poradni „Lecznica” przy ul. E. Plater 21 w Warszawie
w podziale na części:
Część 1 - Usługi konserwacji i napraw instalacji elektrycznych
Część 2 - Usługi konserwacji i napraw instalacji sanitarnych
2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią odpowiednio Załącznik nr 2a do SWZ – Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia dla Części 1 oraz Załącznik nr 2b do SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia dla Części 2.
