Description

The subject-matter of the contract is forest management services, as defined in Article 6 paragraph. 1 pt. 1 of the Forests Act of 28.9.1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2017, item 788 as amended hereafter: ‘Forests Act’), which covers work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and logging and nature protection to be carried out in the Solec Kujawski Forest District in the Dobromierz Forest District in 2019-2021.
The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract covers the total number of work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and scrapping of timber and nature protection as set out in Annex 2 to the ToR.
A detailed description of the work (activities) forming part of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 3 to the ToR.
The contract provides for an option of up to 20 % of the value of the subject-matter of the contract.
