Description

The aim of the preliminary market consultation is to prepare the terms of reference and inform the incoming suppliers about the intentions and requirements of the contracting authority for the performance of the public contract at the Traffic Management System Control Level on high-speed lines. A similar public contract has not yet been implemented on the territory of the Czech Republic to such an extent. The purpose of the consultation is to familiarise potential suppliers with the public contract and to open a discussion on the specifics of the public contract and the terms of reference under consideration. The aim of the consultation is to define the subject of the Public Contract and to set the terms of reference so that they best correspond to the needs of the Contracting Authority and at the same time to be set together with the subject of the Public Contract in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended. The aim of preliminary market consultations is to prepare the Terms of Reference and informing the prospective suppliers about the intentions and requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the deliverables under the upcoming public procurement for the Traffic Management System (TMS) Control Level for High-Speed Lines (HSL).A similar public procurement has never been implemented on such a scale in the Czech Republic before. The purpose of the Consultation is to familiarise potential suppliers with the Public Procurement and to open a discussion on the specifics of the Public Procurement and the Terms of Reference which the Contracting Authority is considering.
