Description

Cílem předběžné tržní konzultace je připravit zadávací podmínky a informovat v úvahu přicházející dodavatele o záměrech a požadavcích zadavatele na plnění veřejné zakázky na Řídící úroveň Traffic Management system na vysokorychlostních tratích. Obdobná veřejná zakázka nebyla dosud na území České republiky v takovém rozsahu realizována. Účelem konzultace je tak seznámit potenciální dodavatele s veřejnou zakázkou a otevřít diskuzi o specifikách Veřejné zakázky a zvažovaných zadávacích podmínkách. Cílem konzultace je definovat předmět Veřejné zakázky a nastavit zadávací podmínky tak, aby co nejlépe odpovídaly potřebám Zadavatele a současně aby byly i spolu s předmětem Veřejné zakázky nastaveny v souladu se zákonem č. 134/2016 Sb., o zadávání veřejných zakázek, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. The aim of preliminary market consultations is to prepare the Terms of Reference and informing the prospective suppliers about the intentions and requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the deliverables under the upcoming public procurement for the Traffic Management System (TMS) Control Level for High-Speed Lines (HSL).A similar public procurement has never been implemented on such a scale in the Czech Republic before. The purpose of the Consultation is to familiarise potential suppliers with the Public Procurement and to open a discussion on the specifics of the Public Procurement and the Terms of Reference which the Contracting Authority is considering. The Consultation shall define the subject of the Public Procurement and set the Terms of Reference, so that they best meet the needs of the Contracting Authority and at the same time, together with the subject of the Public Procurement, are set in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement.
