the subject of the contract is to provide assistance to project management and to carry out operations in connection with works to be carried out for public buildings or for work purposes. This contract is mainly aimed at technical consultancy firms with economist and acoustician.
The main task of the service provider is to assist the project manager in studies, monitoring and acceptance of works on the technical aspects relating to all bodies of technical condition, economic, acoustic, fire and thermal safety aspects, and, lastly, the OPC and SSI coordination.
The main task of the service provider will be to assist the project manager on the technical aspects of the works, from the study to acceptance.
The contracting authority reserves the right to retain a maximum of 3 contractors without reopening competition during performance of the contract, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and tenders.
the assignment of orders to the 3 contractors shall be determined as follows:
— for a single mission: award of the order to the lowest bid, in the light of the prices given in the unit price schedules (BPU) or the rates set out in the standard rates (Btu) for the assignment in question in this order form. If the latter cannot perform the assignment in question, the order will be placed with the lowest bidder ranked 2th in the BPU and BTU, and so on.
— for several missions: award of the order to the lowest bidder, in the light of the cumulation of prices in the unit price schedules (BPU) or of the rates set out in the standard rates (Btu), with cumulation for the assignments considered in this order form. If the latter cannot respond to the tasks in question, the order will be placed with the lowest bidder in 2th position in the BPU and BTU, and so on.
