The purpose of the tender is TNO's intention to conclude an Agreement with a (1) Contractor for the leasing of its fleet, based on the product form of full operational services lease ('full operational lease') on the basis of closed calculation and at all times a full inspection of the components included in the individual Lease contracts under the Agreement. This delivery/service must be carried out in accordance with the requirements and wishes set out in the Tender Documents. The starting point is, in accordance with TNO's mobility policy, that the leased car fleet will become fully electric. The scope of this tender is therefore focused on fully electric lease cars only.
