Description

Het doel van de aanbesteding is het voornemen van TNO tot het sluiten van een Overeenkomst met een (1) Opdrachtnemer voor het leasen van haar wagenpark, gebaseerd op de productvorm van volledige operationele services lease ('full operational lease') op basis van gesloten calculatie en te allen tijde een volledige inzage van de opgenomen componenten in de individuele Leasecontracten onder de Overeenkomst. Deze levering/dienstverlening dient te worden uitgevoerd conform de eisen en wensen als opgenomen in de Aanbestedingsstukken. Het uitgangspunt daarbij is, overeenkomstig het mobiliteitsbeleid van TNO, dat het leaseauto wagenpark volledig elektrisch wordt. De scope van deze aanbesteding is dan ook gericht op enkel volledig elektrische leaseauto’s. De scope van deze aanbesteding is gericht op enkel volledig elektrische leaseauto’s. Buiten de scope van deze aanbesteding vallen: • huurauto’s • deelauto’s (vanuit mobility-as-a-service) • mobiliteitsvoorzieningen (OV-kaart, fietsregelingen) • deeltweewielers (scooters, fietsen, bakfietsen)
