Two possible working hypotheses (see Article 4.2.2 of the Specific Terms and Conditions). Working hypothesis 1: the outgoing mail is directly franked by the buyer's mail service via a franking machine at his disposal and then handed over to a service provider with an authorisation from the Autorité de régulation des communications électroniques, des postes et de la distribution de la presse (ARCEP) for the entire France and cross-border distribution (worldwide). Collection, if ordered by the buyer, may be carried out by the aforementioned service provider at the buyer's premises, it being indicated that the buyer may decide to make direct deposits of postage-paid mail at the said service provider's premises.
