Description

The need for the contracting authority, through its sub-units, is to purchase Forest Regeneration Services in forest background public property of the state for the period 2027 - 2030, according to the tender specifications. The types of forest regeneration services are: - Service for the artificial regeneration of forests (afforestation proper, additions and restorations) - Service for the maintenance of regenerations (revisions, uncovering of forest species of grassy and woody species, manual mobilization of soil around seedlings) - Service for the support of natural regeneration (extraction of pre-existing seedlings and youth, removal of the moss layer, lefting and removal of the litter, removal of raw humus, manual mobilization of the soil in strips, meshes, corridors and strips), cutting of grass or mosss by scraping, extraction of the subarbo-ret, etc.). The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement and the subsequent contracts for each lot, estimated to be provided, are those set out in Annex 2 to the Tender Specifications. Note: Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates: 18; The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders; The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarifications/additional information that have not been addressed within the deadline set out in Section I.3 of the Procurement Data Sheet.
