Description

1. The subject of the contract is the ongoing maintenance and cleaning of paved surfaces, playground, outdoor gym, skatepark and the ongoing maintenance and care of urban greenery, greenery in the park, squares and greenery, along with the operation and maintenance of the irrigation system in the City Park in Starogard Gdański. 2. The subject of the contract was divided into 6 lots: 1) part I of the contract - Ongoing maintenance of clean urban areas in the area of the Old Town, Al. Wojska Polskiego, Railway Station, 2) part II of the contract - Current maintenance of cleanliness of urban areas in the City Park, 3) part III of the contract - Current maintenance of cleanliness of urban areas in the New Face Park and the St. Peter's Square. Wojciecha, 4) part IV of the contract - Current maintenance of greenery in the area of the Old Town, Al. Wojska Polskiego, Dworzec PKP, 5) part V of the order - Current maintenance of greenery with operation and maintenance of the irrigation system in the City Park, 6) part VI of the order - Current maintenance of greenery in the New Face Park and the St. Mark's Square. The scope of the subject of the contract includes: 1) ongoing maintenance of cleanliness of urban areas and urban greenery in avenues, parks, squares and green areas, park alleys and other paved surfaces, 2) maintenance of urban green areas in parks, squares and green areas, 3) maintenance of technical and functional efficiency of equipment and installations as well as small architecture objects (including technical inspections), in urban green areas in the park, squares and green areas, 4) maintenance of cleanliness of playgrounds, outdoor gym, 5) organization and maintenance of technical emergency. 4. Required standard: 1) aesthetic appearance of the area in accordance with the rules of order and sanitary regulations, 2) safe condition of pedestrians during various weather conditions, 3) proper condition of greenery in accordance with the principles of gardening and resulting from agrotechnical and weather conditions, 4) proper technical condition of small architecture elements enabling their safe use, 5) safe technical condition of playground and outdoor gym elements, 6) maintaining the efficiency of the irrigation system. 5.
