Description

Lucas Onderwijs (LO) wenst een hardwarebroker te contracteren die instaat is de gevraagde hardware en bijbehorende dienstverlening aan LO te leveren, inclusief het beschikbaar stellen van een interne bestelportaal met een standaard Lucas assortiment, inclusief een standaard uitleverproces en beheerafspraken (zoals afhandeling van garantiemeldingen via de Servicedesk van de IT-beheerpartij van LO, en het correct laten toevoegen van de apparatuur aan de beheeromgeving). De opdrachtwaarde van de Raamovereenkomst wordt geschat op maximaal 5 miljoen euro exclusief btw per jaar. Bij een totale looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst van vier jaar komt de geschatte waarde dan op maximaal €20 miljoen euro exclusief btw (inclusief implementatie). Deze inschatting is inclusief aanvullende diensten welke op afroep (dus naar behoefte van LO) kunnen worden afgenomen.
