Description

The Koblenz Chamber of Skilled Trades intends to modernise an existing mensa and to extend it through cultivation. The building will be constructed on the premises of the Metal and Technology Centre of the Koblenz Chamber of Crafts in August-Horch-Str. 6-8.
Approximately 450 m² of mensa are to be modernised. In addition, cultivation takes the form of a new building on the existing mensa with an area of approximately 800 – 1 000 m² and a gross volume of approximately 4000 – 4 500 m³.
The subject of this invitation to tender is the planning services necessary for the realisation of the project, namely heating/ventilation/sanitary equipment (HLS).
