Description

1. The subject of the contract in the public procurement procedure entitled ‘The management, collection and transport of municipal waste from the Municipality of Nowy Targ in the period from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2027’ is: collection of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited real estate located in the Nowy Targ Commune; collection of municipal waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Centres (PSZOK) in Łopuszna, Trute and Krempachy since 1 January 27; collection of expired medicines and waste batteries collected in containers in places designated by the Ordering Party; collection of municipal waste from containers (street baskets) located in public places designated by the Ordering Party; − transport of collected municipal waste referred to in point. 1-4 above and hand them over to waste management sites/sites, including indirectly; − management of municipal waste at the waste management site (municipal installation) indicated by the Contractor in the tender - in the case of all fractions of municipal waste, − equipment with bags of real estate in the amount needed to collect waste; − bar codes are provided to identify the type of waste and the source of the property is inhabited property. − providing services for the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Centres operated by Nowy Targ Municipality in Łopuszna, Trute and Krempachy since 01.01.2027. The settlement for the service provided is the product of the actually collected and managed municipal waste in [Mg] and the unit prices specified in the offer. 2. The scope and manner of performance of the subject-matter of the contract are defined (Annex No 1 to the FTZ) – Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) and Draft contract constituting (Annex No 2 to the FTZ).
