This consultation, carried out under the conditions laid down in Article 29 of Decree No 2005-1742 of 30/12/2005, concerns the award of a contract for the provision of services consisting of obtaining, on behalf of Simko, the tax advantages provided for by Article 199j of the General Tax Code applying to real estate transactions carried out directly by Simko or purchased from developers. It should be noted that, in order to take account of market developments and investment opportunities, the contracting authority will not refrain from resorting to other financing schemes and tax arrangements, in particular those codified in Article 217j of the Tax Code.
