Description

Framework agreement for carrying out inventories and condition measurements according to NEN2767. On the one hand, the assignment consists of inventorying, inspecting and determining the condition of building and terrain elements. On the other hand, from the inventory and inspection of building-related installations. The services, hereinafter referred to as ‘inspections’, consist mainly of: • Review of existing inventory data; • measuring, naming or counting building elements; • document inventory and defects through photo reporting; • Determination of element conditions; • Determine maintenance activities by element; • Determine the urgency and aspects of each activity; • Determining activities set out in time and money (generating multi-annual planning); • assessment of technical and functional obsolescence; • draw up an inspection report of curative works
