The joint public health portal, Health.dk, is the total entrance to the digital health system.
Behind Sundger.dk is the public parties in the field of health. National, regional and municipal authorities have joined forces with Health.dk to provide information and develop common digital solutions for both citizens and health professionals.
What is available:
The scope of the task offered can be divided into 2 main elements:
— Operation of Sundhed.dk’s operational environment,
— Operation of 2 times pre-production environments for Health.dk
Production and pre-production share infrastructure.
Operation means the operation of servers, switches, firewall, loadbalancing, vpn, WAN compounds, virus scanning, SAN, mail (SMTP relay), backup, updates (OS), patching (firmware) and monitoring up to and including OS level.
The operation of servers will take the form of physical servers, as well as virtual servers, including installation and maintenance of OS.
Sundhed.dk will provide hardware in the form of servers, switches, firewall, vpn.
In addition, the task includes the provision of consultancy services in connection with the operation, in particular in connection with releasing.
General description of the current operating environment:
Sundhed.dk is currently working with a Microsoft Window environment.
Sundhed.dk currently has around 25 physical servers distributed in 4 enclosures and around 10 pieces of other equipment (switche, firewalls, etc.). Sundhed.dk has approximately 40 virtual servers, which are divided into 2 of the aforementioned servers. There are around 1 300 000 visitors per year to Sundhed.dk (775 000 unique visitors), 4 600 00 page views and an average consumption of up to 30 M/bit traffic per month.

Expectations of the supply:
Sundhed.dk has its own IT resources and interested suppliers must therefore be prepared for close cooperation and consultation with Health.dk. Sundhed.dk therefore wishes to have a continuous technical dialogue with the supplier on a daily basis.
Sundhed.dk would like to be able to manage virtual servers itself, in the form of creation and decommissioning, but limited only to virtual servers installed with standard OS provided by the supplier.
In addition, Sundhed.dk expects that:
— The supplier may support extensions and reductions in capacity if and if needs change.
— Equipment must be replaced during the contract period. The supplier will be involved in the consideration of the procurement of new hardware.
— The supplier is involved in developing and optimising Sundhed.dk’s operations, and participates in constructive dialogue on the introduction of changes to Sundhed.dk’s operational capacity.
