Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of expert services for the implementation by the Małopolska Region of tasks related to the area of e-health development. The Contractor will provide the support service under the basic contract on the basis of the Orders awarded under the Contract for a total of up to 10 000 man-hours. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option. The subject of the contract under the option law is the comprehensive organization and conduct of up to 3 original workshops (three cycles) in the stationary formula in Krakow. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding to the Contractor, within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services, in accordance with the instruction of Art. 1 point 7 of the Act. The subject-matter of the contract is set out in detail in the OP (Annex 9 to the SWZ) and in the draft contract (Annex 10 to the SWZ).
