Description

1. The contract concerns: Development of design documentation for the construction of gas pipelines and connections in Gdynia (5 parts). The contract was divided into 5 lots.
2. The subject matter of the Agreement shall cover in particular: execution of design documentation for the construction of the gas network
and connections, provision of expert services on the subject matter and value of the contract in each procedure
for the award of a contract for the execution of the works indicated in the design documentation,
copyright supervision, registration of the Construction Journal, one-off update of the cost estimate
to the investor, obtain all required opinions, permissions and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and
to the Contracting Authority, from the competent authority, the final decision on the building permit, execution
investor cost estimates.
3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR and in the model
Agreement constituting Annex 5 to the ToR.
