Description

De Gemeente is voornemers Drukwerk, Repro en DTP aan te besteden. De aanbestedende dienst onderscheid hierin drie (3) soorten diensten die bij één (1) Opdrachtnemer wordt afgenomen. 1. Huisstijldrukwerk: verschillende soorten: enveloppen, briefpapier en visitekaartjes; 2. Promotioneel drukwerk: flyers (A4 en A5), brochures, folders (A4 en A3), posters (A4 en A3), dubbele kaarten (A5), enkele kaarten (A5), opbergmappen en DTP-opdrachten (passend binnen de Gemeentelijke huisstijl); 3. Reprografische dienstverlening: afdrukken en mergen van bewonersbrieven in zwart-wit en kleur, couverteren met en zonder bijlagen en ter verzending aanbieden, samenstellen en afdrukken van enquêtes, bouwtekeningen scannen en printen, scannen van grootformaat en plotten, boekjes inbinden, vouwen, nieten, lamineren, algemene eenvoudige reprografische diensten (A4 en A3) en eenvoudige document aanpassingen (DTP). De dienstverlening conform het één en ander in het Programma van Eisen. Opgenomen in Bijlage 4 afname nog niet bekend. Een indicatie van de aantallen is opgenomen in paragraaf 3.5 omvang opdracht
