Following a tender process advertised on the old etenders system - RFT ID 155899 - a contract was awarded to RPS Consulting Engineers for the role of a technical advisor and to assist in the procurement of a joint venture partner to deliver the Dublin District Heating System, and to complete the planning for the project.
