According to the General Estimate made at the Technical Project phase, the total estimated value for the execution of the works related to the objective of "Rehabilitation of the communal road DC14 Felmer-Halmeag in Sercaia and Șoarș communes in Brasov County", is 26.183.851,47 lei without VAT and consists of: Chapter 4 – Basic investment expenditure: RON 26.001.838,60 excluding VAT, of which: 4.1 – Construction and installations: RON 26.001.838,60 excluding VAT Chapter 5.1 – estimated value Construction site organisation: RON 182,012.87 excluding VAT, of which: 5.1.1 – construction works and installations: RON 130.009,19 excluding VAT 5.1.2 – expenditure related to the organisation of the construction site: 52.003,68 lei without VAT The total estimated value without VAT is 26.183.851,47 lei Miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses in the amount of 1.311.538,78 lei without VAT (the amount representing miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses) will be used in the event that during the execution of the contract expenses with works that do not present substantial changes to the public procurement contract and in compliance with the legal framework applicable at that time.
