The subject of the contract consists of: 1) preparation of complete design documentation consisting of: a) architectural and construction design with land development, multi-branch technical and implementation projects in accordance with technical and construction regulations, standards and guidelines in this respect, b) temporary traffic organization projects for the duration of works, c) permanent traffic organization project; detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works - STWiOR); safety and health information; f) agreeing the design documentation with the owners and managers of all weapon networks of the site, requesting industry agreements and all necessary opinions and arrangements necessary to obtain decisions enabling the execution of works, providing the Ordering Party with a copy of speeches with a set of materials required by individual institutions to obtain arrangements; g) obtaining on their own all necessary materials for the preparation of complete design documentation, including, among others, maps for design purposes, geotechnical surveys, conditions for connection to the network (if necessary) and agreement of the designed solutions with the relevant institutions (if necessary); h) providing the Ordering Party with all the developed documentation in paper and digital form and obtaining the Ordering Party's acceptance of the completed documentation - acceptance of the project by the Ordering Party does not release the Contractor from responsibility for design errors or non-compliance of the project with the existing state; i) obtaining by the Contractor on behalf of the Employer and providing the Employer with all decisions and permits necessary to allow the Investment to be used, in accordance with applicable regulations, including decisions on the use permit (if required) j) obtaining on behalf of the Employer building permit / permits (if needed) and other permits or notifications if required; estimates of works and investor's estimates for all projects; 2) execution of construction works according to the developed design documentation, including: a) preparing and providing the Ordering Party with complete as-built documentation, b) preparing a geodetic as-built inventory, c) making all notifications and arrangements by the Contractor on behalf of the Ordering Party and obtaining by the Contractor on behalf of the Ordering Party and providing the Ordering Party with all final and unconditional decisions and permits necessary to allow the Investment to be used, in accordance with the applicable regulations, including a decision on the use permit (if required), d) submitting the Investment to the Ordering Party for use, e) preparing a schedule of material and financial construction works, f) performing construction works based on approved documentation and final decisions on the construction permit or no objection to the execution of construction works on the basis of the notification; g) carrying out control measurements during the execution of works, including disappearing works and after the completion of works and presenting the results of tests for acceptance by the Ordering Party or the appointed Supervision Inspector in the relevant specialty.
