Description

De Aanbestedende dienst wenst met de Aanbesteding de volgende doelstellingen te realiseren: Op maat maken en implementeren van: Een actueel en toekomstbestendig functiewaarderingssysteem, aansluitend bij actuele maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen, normen en waarden; Een set van actuele normfuncties/matrices, ca. 200-300 (werkvorm nader te bepalen); Een (web)applicatie. Onderhouden en beheren (betreft functiewaarderingssysteem, normfuncties, matrices en (web)applicatie). Het doel van de Opdracht is het voor een lange periode (10 jaar initiële looptijd plus optiejaren) toepassen en onderhouden van een actueel en toekomstbestendig functiewaarderingssysteem, gebaseerd op actuele maatschappelijke normen en waarden met blijvende aandacht voor de ontwikkelingen in de maatschappij en het veld van de umc’s.
