Description

The Logistics Centre of the Bavarian Police (LZBP) intends to conclude a framework agreement for packaging material for dangerous goods for all associations of the Bavarian Police (police headquarters with subordinate departments as well as special associations of the Bavarian Police) on the basis of the procurement documents at issue. There are approximately 430 acceptance points. The contract to be awarded is divided into 5 lots. The contract duration of the framework agreement for each lot shall start on the 1st of the month following the award of the contract, but not before 01.03.2025 for each lot. The framework agreement ends uniformly for all lots after 2 years on 28.02.2027. There is the possibility of a two-time extension for 1 year each. After the expiry of the maximum possible contract period of 4 years, the contract for each lot ends automatically on 28.02.2029, without the need for termination.
