Carrying out the planning and engineering activities of the licensee related to the ‘Renewal of József A. u.’ investment The aim of the planning of the investment by the licensee is to create a unified public space and green space with public functions that fits into the standard represented by the Downtown and acts as a link between the Downtown and the Chain Bridge-Várnegyed. The task is to expand green areas, improve the conditions for walking and cycling, support diverse leisure opportunities and create rest areas, and reduce vehicle traffic. Main public areas affected by planning:* • József Attila utca (hrsz. 24454) • Nádor utca (rsz. 24713) • József Palatine Square (b. 24480) • 6th October Street (rsz. 24502/2) • Sas utca (hrsz. 24610) • Hercegprímás Street (b. 24545) • Erzsébet tér (hrsz. 24456/1, 24447/1, 24456/3) • Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út (hrsz. 24833/1, 24833/2) • Széchenyi István tér (hrsz. 24499) *It is up to the successful tenderer to specify the actual design area. The planning area includes all areas that are directly connected to the main areas of the project and necessary for its full implementation. The specified quantity is for guidance only. Within the framework of the contract, the tenderer undertakes to draw up a permit plan documentation, a budget broken down on the basis of a topographical number on the basis of the plan documentation, and visual designs. The subject-matter of the procurement, a description of the expected work results and the main contractual conditions are set out in detail in the procurement documents annexed to this call for tenders.
