Denna upphandling omfattar förskrivningsbara hjälpmedel inom områdena Manuella rullstolar och icke fabrikatsbundna tillbehör. Till den senare gruppen räknas Nack-/huvudstöd samt bälten och selar. Hjälp vid utprovning vid några tillfällen per år ska ingå i upphandlat pris. Utbildning till personal och förskrivare ska ingå i upphandlat pris.
