Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of generators. 2. The subject-matter of the basic contract is divided into two lots: - Part 1: Delivery of test signal generator (DVB-T, DVB-T2, DAB+). The generator is necessary to create a test bench for radio receivers and a test bench for television receivers in terms of meeting the requirements resulting from the PKE (Art. 406 pt. 6 and 7 and Article 419(21) to (23). This device will produce DVB-T test signals in accordance with ETSI EN 300 744, DVB-T2 in accordance with ETSI EN 302 755 and DAB+ in accordance with ETSI EN 300 401 required to test digital receivers in accordance with applicable requirements. - Part 2: Delivery of the generator together with the measurement software. The generator together with the software is necessary to create a test bench for digital television receivers in terms of meeting the requirements resulting from the PKE (Art. 406 pt. 6 and Article 419(22). The measurement software together with the generator will enable automated measurements of digital DVB-T and DVB-T2 receivers in accordance with the NorDig Unified Test Plan specification, which results from the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Digital Affairs of 11 July 2025 on technical and operational requirements for television signal receivers. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, divided into lots, is contained in Annex 1 to the FTZ - Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) and Annex 5 to the FTZ - Draft contract.
