Description

The procurement procedure used is: the adapted procedure opened. It is subject to the provisions of Article 28 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.
The minimum and maximum framework agreement was concluded pursuant to Articles 78 and 79 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. It will be carried out by the conclusion of subsequent contracts.
