Description

The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the IT part of the DCS system and the upgrade of the engineering and operator layer IMOS blocks 4, 5, 6 for PGE GiEK S.A. Branch Elektrownia Turów. The aim of the task is to: 1. Improved availability of the automation and control system by updating Symphony Plus to the latest version 800xA and S+ Engineering software (Composer), 2. Reducing the risk of failure of the IMOS automation system, which may result in limitations of the plant's production capacity. 3. Long-term service assurance through the use of components available on the market (extension of the service life of devices). 4. Ensuring safe operation of devices and installations supervised by the block automation and control system. 5. Ensuring the implementation of procedure 10041/B – Industrial Automation Resources Management (OT) at PGE GiEKSA. 6.17.2; 6.17.3. Detailed scope of work: 4.1. Execution of design documentation as an update of existing documentation 46IOS02_00051_A. 4.2. Implementation of modernization of the operator system by: (1) Execution of archiving of existing software; (2) Supply and installation of 800xA servers and client stations; (3) Disassembly of servers and client stations; (4) Supply and installation of 800xA operator system; (5) Transfer of configuration data; (6) Execution of server and client station configurations; (7) Reconstruction of the existing connections of the automation system with the Sysnar and PME plant systems. The required solution will enable communication with the Systems through the use of communication in the OPC UA standard. (8) Launch of the visualization and control system after upgrading; (9) Carrying out tests of the upgraded system; (10) Execution and provision of Technical Instructions and Operation Instructions.
