1. The subject of the contract is: a. Delivery of probes and guides and microcatheters, in the assortment and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ; b. Lease of an endovascular ultrasound system with FFR measurement and lease of an FFR measuring console as described in Annexes 4a and 4b to the SWZ. 2. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. A partial offer shall be understood as a single package as set out below: • Package 1 (according to Annex 3 to the RVU) together with the lease of an endovascular ultrasonogrphia system with FFR measurement (according to Annex 4a to the RVU); • Package 2 (according to Annex 3 to the RVU) together with the lease of the FFR measuring console (according to Annex 4b to the RVU).
