Description

Gegenstand dieser Rahmenvereinbarung ist Lieferung von Point-of-care (POC)-Geräten und Zubehör zum Nachweis von zumindest SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) mittels (real-time) RT-PCR (Polymerase-Chain-Reaction) (schnelle (real-time) RT-PCR oder (real-time) RT-PCR) basierend auf dem Nachweis von viraler RNA in respiratorischen Probenmaterialien und Körperflüssigkeiten im Point-of-Care-Format gemäß dem österreichischem Medizinproduktegesetz (MPG) bzw. zu Grunde liegender EU-Rechtsnormen, insbesondere der IVD Verordnung 2017/746, jeweils in der geltenden Fassung in ganz Österreich für die Republik Österreich (Bund), die Bundesbeschaffung GmbH sowie alle weiteren Auftraggeber gemäß der den Ausschreibungsunterlagen beiliegenden Kundenliste, im Vergabeverfahren alle vertreten durch die Bundesbeschaffung GmbH.
