The Contractor is obliged to comply with the legal provisions in force during the term of the contract, in particular: 1) the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587 as amended), 2) the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 399), 3) the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Dz.
