The subject-matter of the contract shall be: -physical delivery of natural gas to the contracting authority's supply points (hereinafter referred to as "delivery") with the assumption of an obligation to purchase natural gas, -delegation of balancing responsibility to the supplier pursuant to Act No 458/2000 on business conditions and the exercise of state administration in the energy sectors and amending certain acts (the Energy Act), as amended, Decree No 349/2015 on Gas Market Rules, as amended, and within the meaning of Energy Regulatory Office decrees), -ensuring regulated access to the transmission system and distribution systems and ensuring system services, -ensuring invoicing of regulated and non-regulated components of the price of natural gas.
